COOKING CLASS IN AVIGNON

This cooking class is done in small groups
This cooking class is set-up by the chef, and will reunite various people who have bought this class. The dates are picked up by the chefs and you can select one of the dates, but it may not be the one most suitable for you. Also, the cooking class is done in english, and in french, as there may be french people in the class as well.
Price: 140 euros per person
When in small groups, you can be up to 12 people.

COOKING CLASS IN AVIGNON
This 5-star hotel / restaurant welcomes every year, as part of its cooking workshop the greatest chefs in the region. One week a month, they meet in the old kitchens of the mansion and officiate on the old wood stove of the nineteenth century.
On the program: a playful cooking workshop where tricks and secrets of cooking are transmitted to prepare a menu in 3 services (starter, main course, dessert) of high quality.
Aprons, utensils and data sheets are provided
Once the cooking class is over, enjoy your table d’hôte meal with the chef, accompanied by wines selected by the sommelier

Morels stuffed with poultry and mushrooms, candied turnips
Roast guinea fowl, morels, pumpkin and gravy
